Computer Repairs Melbourne: We Come to You
Laptop or desktop playing up? We diagnose and repair Windows PCs and Apple Macs on-site across Melbourne's eastern suburbs — no unplugging, no drop-offs, and an upfront price before we start.
What we repair
Most computer shops make you disconnect everything, carry it in, and wait days for a call. We work the opposite way: a qualified technician comes to your home or office, finds the problem in front of you, and fixes it on the spot wherever possible. You see exactly what's happening, and nothing is taken away unless it genuinely has to be.
Laptops and notebooks
Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus and other Windows laptops, plus Apple MacBooks. Cracked screens, failed batteries, liquid damage, boot problems and general slow-downs.
Desktop PCs and all-in-ones
Home and office towers and all-in-one machines — power faults, noisy fans, failing drives, upgrades and clean-ups.
Windows and Mac
We support both platforms fully, so it doesn't matter which you own — and we'll happily help if you're moving from one to the other.
Common problems we fix
You don't need to know what's wrong — just tell us what you're seeing and we'll take it from there. The most common calls we get are:
If it turns out the real issue is a virus, a failing hard drive or a network problem, we'll tell you plainly and point you to the right fix rather than charging for work you don't need.

What does a computer repair cost in Melbourne?
No surprises, ever. We charge one transparent, all-inclusive price that we agree with you before any work starts. The cost depends mainly on whether the fix is software-based or needs a replacement part — and we'll always tell you if a repair isn't worth it compared with replacing the machine.
Unlike many workshops, we don't hide our pricing or add a diagnostic fee on top of an hourly rate that keeps climbing. You'll know where you stand up front.
Serving Melbourne's eastern suburbs
We're based near Balwyn North and cover Balwyn, Camberwell, Doncaster, Templestowe, Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley and the wider eastern corridor. For our closest suburbs we can often be there the same day. Find your suburb →
Computer repair FAQs
Do you take the computer away?
Almost never. The whole point of our service is that we fix your computer in your home or office. In the rare case a repair genuinely needs a workshop, we'll explain why first and agree it with you.
How long does a repair take?
Most on-site repairs take between 30 and 90 minutes. If a part needs ordering, we'll let you know the timeframe up front.
What if it can't be fixed?
We'll give you an honest assessment. If a machine isn't worth repairing, we'll tell you plainly and can help you choose and set up a replacement instead.
Do you repair Macs?
Yes — we support Apple Macs and MacBooks as well as Windows PCs, plus iPads, tablets and phones.
